Junior and Intermediate Automation Engineers

We are searching for several individuals to act as Automation Engineers for CapuTech. We are looking for fresh, energetic and aggressive people to help build our team. Desirable attributes and experience include:

• Industrial automation and integration experience such as familiarity with:
  • DCSs, PLCs, Data Historians
  • OPC and other connectivity solutions
  • basic understanding of industrial networking
• Technology exposure to:
  • MS SQL Server
  • MS SharePoint
  • Server operating systems
• Experience with Matrikon and OSISoft solutions a definite asset.
• Experience in a industrial plant setting. Some work will be required on-site at client facilities and it will be beneficial for the applicants to have either worked in a plant or had some project related plant experience.
• highly motivated individuals. This is perhaps the greatest requirement. We want people that want to excel and make a difference.

The junior positions are open to individuals ranging from new engineering and computer science grads to those with up to 5 years experience.  The intermediate positions require 3-7 years relevant experience.  Work will be split between on-site time, your home office and the CapuTech office in League City.
