Scope of Reseller Agreement with Matrikon

CapuTech is an exclusive reseller of Matrikon products and services in the states of Texas and Louisiana, and a non-exclusive reseller in other areas of the world.  CapuTech represents the entire MatrikonSuite of technology, but does not provide, directly or indirectly, services (but does represent products) in the area of alarm documentation and rationalization.  Furthermore, CapuTech does not represent or promote any services or products, either directly or indirectly, from Matrikon or others, in the areas of alarm shelving, alarm flood suppression and state-based alarming or in the area of automation configuration management.
